Further to my minute of 6 September I have now seen Miss Brooks comments of 8 September on the same topic.

There can be no doubt HKG's prior formal agreement under both Special Condition 7 and Special Condition 13 to the Chamber taking possession of space in the new building would remove any further uncertainty over the matter. If HKG demand consideration for their consent then the Chamber would have ample time to decide whether they wish to pay it in addition to the recurring costs already identified.
