We do not expect the savings to be in excess of #2.5m which means that after taking account of the PESC figure plus OPM there will still be a shortfall Other than the OPM element, RMD advises that there will be no further money from Treasury. But OED should be able to meet the current possible level of shortfall (at the expense of other capital projects).
