The Director and

his officers and contractors, his

or their workmen with or without tools, equipment, machinery or motor vehicles shall have the rights of ingress, egress and regress to and from the lot or any part thereof for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing and renewing any of the drains and services within the Drainage Reserve provided that prior notice has been given to the Grantee before the works commence. The Director and his officers and contractors, his or their workmen shall have no liability in respect of any loss, damage, nuisance or disturbance whatsoever caused to or suffered the Grantee arising out of or incidental to the exercise by
