Derek Savage has pointed out to me that sub-paragraph (b) of our preferred version for SC14 needs amending in line with our decision to go for expropriation of "all of the lot" rather than "all or any part of the lot". I am sending you an amended copy.

3. Derek Savage also asked me to underline that 12 calendar months' notice would be unacceptable. He would like to see us asking for 36 months' notice, with 24 months as a fall-back.
