Mr Gwynne has prepared the series of aide memoirs at annex A to assist in the operation of these revised procedures. Any doubts or difficulties concerning these arrangements should be referred to Mr Gorrod (01-213 3092) or Mr Gwynne (01-213 5342).

prepare monthly Ace 49W together with covering letter containing transaction details; place copies on subject file: and forward originals to Accounts Branch (payee Crown Agents);

Accounts Branch will issue payable order and forward to : Crown Agents who will in turn notify Hong Kong.

record daily fee receipts on form Acc 44; place a copy on the subject file; and forward original to Accounts Branch, Tolworth Tower quoting the relevant suspense account code number;

record all transactions (ie debits and credits) and with the monthly statements

subject file and forward original Accounts Branch, together with covering letter to Crown Agents containing details of each C of I (also copied on subject file);
