The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria present their compliments to Her Brittanic Majesty's Embassy and in reply to Note MC 55 we have the honour to inform you that, the present moment, Bulgarian legislation does not foresee and does not plan any changes of the regulations for settlement for citizens from foreign countries in connection with their nationa-
lities.
Each applicant for settlement in the Republic of Bulgaria will be examined separately and authorization depends on particular cir- cumstances, e.g. mixed marriage.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs avail themselves of the oppor- tunity to renew to the British Embassy in Sofia the assurance of their highest consideration.
