Czech Foreign Minister and Party

Mrs Deborah Barnes Jones of the Hong Kong Department in the Foreign & Commonwealth Office has asked me to address you

direct on the visit of the Czech Foreign Minister to Hong Kong.

Based on further faxes received from Mrs Deborah Barnes Jones,

We have made the following revised hotel bookings:·

(1)

For the Foreign Minister and wife: a junior

suite at the Furama @ HK$1.736+ 15%.

(ii) For the official party and body quards: 5 single

for the 5 officials, rooms

1 double room * 1

single room for the 3 body guards at the Furama all HK$950 + 15%.

(iii)

For the 21 businessmen and 9 journalists: double rooms and 1 single room (for the lady journalist) @ HK$950 + 15% at the Furama.
