4. Departments in List C at the top of this minute have not had involvement of either meetings listed in paragraph 1, but are welcome to submit a checklist of points if they so wish, if elements of the new Canadian Governments foreign policy have now emerged that gives rise to discussion.

Some departments in List A and and all in List B provided briefs for the Secretary of State and Mr Lennox-Boyd. You may have follow-on points, if you have the record of the calls by the time of the deadline. If you need an extension because you have not yet received the record, please let me know.
