PRIVATE VISIT BY LEE KUAN YEW
Thank you for your letter of 10 May. As luck would have it, the Prime Minister is genuinely unavailable during Lee Kuan Yew's private visit to London. He will be in Paris on 28 May, and official and private commitments will keep him away from London until after Lee Kuan Yew's departure. I am sure that he would be content to sign a letter of the kind you mention, and I look forward to receiving a draft.
