Message: Chong Kwee-Sun To be aware of press interest in Hong Kong over this Hong Kong resident who has been detained in China without trial for over 2 years. (During that time neither his family - and us - have been unable to get access). FED has just done a submission detailing various subjects which we would like Mr Goodlad to raise with the Chinese Ambassador; this case is one of them. We would not seek to publicise discussion with the Chinese at this stage.
