Taken!
Dear Rod,
Crown Proceedings Ordinance
3
1993.
I refer to your letter to Alice dated 11 October Your letter has been passed to me as Alice has left
this office for her Oxford Course.
We
are still
considering
the implications arising from the proposed amendments. We note the time constraint posed by the change of sovereignty in 1997 and shall let you know our view as to whether or not to proceed with the amendments as soon as possible. My own estimate is that we may be able to return to you in the first half of next year.
CC
Yours sincerely,
unille
