A request for enforcement of a confiscation order will also
a copy of the court's order, duly authenticated;
a certificate issued by or on behalf of the Central Authority of the Requesting Side stating:
i) where the person against whom the order is made did not
appear in the proceedings which resulted in the afore- mentioned order, that the person received notice of the proceedings and the date upon which notification took place;
ii) that the order is in force and not subject to appeal: iii) that all or a certain amount of the sum payable under
the order remains unpaid in the jurisdiction of the Requesting Side;
iv) that the order has the purpose of recovering payments or other rewards received in connection with drug trafficking of their value; and

Documents are duly authenticated if they purport to be certified by any person in his capacity as a judge; magistrate, or officer of the court in question or by or on behalf of the Central Authority of the Requesting side.
