Agreements between UK and HKSAR
Please refer to our correspondence on this which
rests with my letter to you of 5 July.
Now that we know (pretty well for certain) that JLG XXVIII will take place in London from 7 - 9 December I should like to propose a timetable to you for our various negotiations.
making these proposals we have taken into account the presence of various HKG officials at JLG itself and the desirability of taking their subjects first, or early on, so that they can fly back to Hong Kong as soon as possible after the meetings. As you will appreciate, we have
to try to keep our expenses down to a minimum and to arrange a sensible programDė.
I should like to suggest the following timetable:
