OTHER MATTERS

No authentic Chinese texts of the above six Ordinances

have yet been published. The British side will consult the Chinese

side if other adaptation issues arise in respect of these

Ordinances, including any new issue that may arise out of the authentic Chinese texts when they are published.

12.

The British side would be glad to receive the Chinese

side's views on these proposals at an early date, SO that the necessary legislative amendments can be put in hand.
