Thank you for your fax of 20th September 1993, regarding the above-mentioned adaptation papers. Our legal advisers felt that in Paper 3, para 4 (c), concerning the Legitimacy ordinance, the new Note might be clearer if it referred to the 1981 amendment and the fact that this amendment does not appear in the current edition of the Laws of Hong Kong. They had no other comments to make.
