LALU's point of view, it would take almost as much time to consider which ordinances are to be included in each bill as the preparation of the actual adaptation proposal itself. Therefore, it is not practical to provide this inion. What is important here is to determine the numbe. If bills, secure the LegCo slots, and adjust the human resources to achieve the desired adaptation targets.
