per your advice, we have amended our consultation paper to reflect the 1981 amendment, as shown under para. 4 (c) of the "Proposals" section.

Upon further research into the subject, subject to your agreement, we have decided to amend para 6 (a) of the consultation paper, for the Chief Executive in Council to make orders recognising overseas adoption orders.

Enclosed is a revised copy of the consultation for your information. Grateful for your confirmation of agreement as soon as possible.
