Section 4 (prohibition of uniforms in connection with political
objects) is repealed (clause 4) and section 2 is amended
consequentially to repeal the definition of "political organization"
(clause 3).
16. Section 4 (29) of the Summary offences Ordinance (Cap. 228),
which prohibits the use of loudspeakers etc. other than in accordance
with a permit issued by the Commissioner of Police, is repealed
(clause 14), and section 6(a) of the principal Ordinance is amended
consequentially (clause 5).
