conditions provided under the Public Order (Public
Meetings) (General Conditions) Order (Cap. 245 sub.
leg.); and
to amend the grounds upon which the Commissioner of
Police may prohibit, or impose conditions in respect
of, the holding of a notified meeting or procession.
