any further with you in the margins of the talks on 5-7 May. Gretch and Martin (State) will however be in London in week beginning 17 May for US/Russia talks. Gretch said that they would both be amenable to an informal meeting about bilateral matters with the UK, which could include Hong Kong. If this way of handling appeals to you, you might say so in passing to Gretch and Martin next week, or leave it to me to arrange in the interim between our bilateral and the US/Russia talks.
