I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT the document hereto annexed contains a

true and complete copy of an Agreement between the Government of

Hong Kong (under an entrustment of authority from the United Kingdom Government) and the Government of the Democratic

Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka concerning Air Services, signed

at Hong Kong on 24 February 1993 and that the document includes

all reservations and declarations made by the parties thereto.

I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT the Agreement came into force upon signature on 24 February 1993 in accordance with the provisions

of Article 19 thereof.
