HONG KONG/SWITZERLAND ASA

The Hong Kong/Switzerland ASA, which was signed on 26 January 1988 and published shortly thereafter, entered into force on 1 February 1993, following the completion of Swiss constitutional procedures, as reported in Hong Kong telno 196. I enclose four copies, and should be grateful if you would arrange for the ASA to be registered with the UN in the normal manner.

I am copying this letter and its enclosures to Anne Wood (IA2B) with the request that the ASA be similarly registered with ICAO.
