a.

After consultation with the assisted side, the supporting side can withdraw its supporting forces.

b.

Depending on the need of emergency work, the supporting forces can be withdrawn at any time by the assisted side.

C.

Documents, data and results obtained after arrival within the boundaries of the assisted side will be surrendered when the supporting forces withdraw and cannot be brought - out without the consent of the assisted side.

d.

When a specific task is terminated, the withdrawal of the supporting forces will take first priority.

e.

During the withdrawal of the supporting forces, the assisted side has to assure all logistics and transport until the forces have returned to the supporting side.

a.

Reimbursement for Supporting Side

All kinds of support, other than those that the supporting side has proposed to be gratis support, are paid support. The assisted side has to reimburse the supporting side in full.

b.

Calculation of reimbursement: the costs will be based on the costs of manpower

staff and other resources provided by the supporting side at that time.

C.

Unless there is a prior agreement for late payment or late payments have been agreed by the supporting side, the amount of reimbursement will be paid to the other side

within 6 months after the withdrawal of the supporting forces.
