Article 1 (3) (e)
The word "behandles" should be replaced by the word "dyrkes".
Article 4 (1) and (2)
The word "artikel" must be retained and cannot be replaced with the word "stykke".
Article 5 (1)
The word "markedsværdien" is suggested replaced with "den reale værdi".
Article 6 (1)
The Danish side agrees to the proposed amendment.
Article 8 (2)
The Danish side suggests to replace "til enhver tid" with "i alle situationer".
Article 10 (4)
The Danish side agrees to use the word "indlæg".
I would like to take this opportunity to mention that we are trying to organize a visit for the new Danish Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr Niels Hel- veg Petersen, to Hong Kong sometimes mid-October. If The Agreement has been accepted through the Joint Liaison Group, it was perhaps worth while to consider to use this occasion for the signing.
