1. We are pleased that you are able to provide a senior UK police officer as an observer. The Exercise Controller (Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police Denis Shakleton) will meet Deputy Assistant Commissioner Roy Ramm at the airport today and will brief him fully before the exercise starts. Mr Ramm will be given wide access

during the exercise.

We have arranged with the British Trade Commission for Mr Ramm to receive Class A subsistence allowance and for him to stay in the Furama Hotel for five nights.
