Further to our telephone conversation today, I am writing to confirm that the sandwich shop "Lindy's" will be delivering 3 or 4 trays of sandwiches for Hong Kong Department at approximately 11.00 am on 7, 8 & 9 December (Tuesday-Thursday). The Manager is Mr Manuel Arias (tel: 071-630-9629). The buffet lunches are to be held in WH311.
2. As you suggested, I have asked Mr Arias to ensure that the trays are delivered to Security at the main entrance, to be kept in Reception for collection by Hong Kong Department as soon as we are notified of their arrival (on 270-3287 or 270-2646).
