PART II. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance, Chapter 59 and its subsidiary legislation provide
provide for various measures to prevent occupational hazards in the working environment due to air pollution. The ordinance and the regulations are applicable to industrial undertakings as defined in section 2 of the ordinance. The provisions include the following:

Section 11 generally provides a magistrate with power to prohibit or prevent the operation of any machinery or. process which cause risk of bodily injury. :
