This article is incorporated in regulation 14. The standard of heating prescribed, under paragraph 5 is that when the ventilation system provided is working so as to supply at least 25 cubic metres of fresh air per hour for each person whom the room or accommodation is designed to accommodate at one time and the temperature of the open air is -1°C, the temperature therein can be maintained at 21°C.
