SUMMARY OF REVISIONS TO THE MONTREAL PROTOCOL ON SUBSTANCES THAT DEPLETE THE OZONE LAYER AGREED AT THE FOURTH MEETING OF THE PARTIES IN COPENHAGEN 23-25 NOVEMBER 1992
The following adjustments and amendments were made to the Montreal Protocol in November:
1. Controls on production and consumption of ozone depleting substances
Adjustments were made to previously controlled substances and amendments to bring HCFCs, HBFCs and methyl bromide under control as follows:

2. Trade with non-Parties
In addition to existing trade restrictions, the following were agreed:
HBFCS
Import from and export to non-Parties banned within one year of entry into force of revised Protocol.
List of products containing the above substance to be drawn up within three years and one year later the import of these products from non-Parties banned.
Parties shall examine the feasibility of banning products
