"Will the Government inform this Council

(a) of the international treaties and agreements under which the British Government required to report periodically on Hong Kong's status;

(b)

(c)

of the due dates for making the next reports on Hong Kong under the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights; and

how Hong Kong will be involved in the preparation of these reports?"

say that the relevant international treaties are the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights; International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights; International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination; and the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.
