Only standards rates should be taken into account. Where off peak accounting rates apply

in a particular relation, these should be ignored for the purpose of this Questionnaire.

Check the total automatic outgoing telephone traffic minutes and accounting rates applied for each relations for year 1988 to 1992. Put the total traffic minutes for all relations in the first line of the above table.

3.

Using the formula given in Appendix 2 to Annex 2, calculate the weighted average accounting rate (t) and variation in percentage of t (var % t) for year 1988 to 1992. Put variation percentage in the second line of the above table.
