Only standards rates should be taken into account. Where off peak accounting rates apply in a particular relation, these should be ignored for the purpose of this Questionnaire.

For 1988, count the number of relations which have total accounting rates less than 0.49 SDFS, then count the number of relations which have total accounting rates between 0.50 and 0.74 SDRS etc. Divide each number obtained by the total number of relations in 1988 and put the results in the above table.

3.

Repeat the same exercise for year 1992.
