6. To facilitate the submission of your replies, Table 1 and Table 2 have been prepared by the CCITT Secretariat. Explanations for the completion of the tables are given as footnotes to the tables.

7. I should be grateful if you would complete either of the tables and send it to the CCITT Secretariat not later than 31 January 1993.
