INTERNATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATION UNION (ITU): STUDY GROUP III QUESTIONNAIRE ON THE ACCOUNTING RATES FOR THE INTERNATIONAL AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE SERVICES
1. The attached letter has been sent to the administrations of member countries of the ITU, and asks them to provide information on accounting rates for the international automatic telephone service.
2.
I would be grateful if you could arrange for the letter and its attachments to be passed to the telephone carriers in your respective territories, with the request that they complete either Table 1 or Table 2 and return it direct to Mr Irmer, Director of the CCITT at the ITU, by 31 January. I would appreciate a copy of the response, which I shall pass to the Department of Trade and Industry.
3.
I apologise for the short deadline, which has arisen out of an inter-Departmental misunderstanding.
