BIODIVERSITY CONVENTION: INTERGOVERNMENTAL NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE
You wrote to the Department on 8 July asking about the dates of the first meeting of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee. This will be held on 11-15 October in Geneva. If you wish to send a representative as part of the United Kingdom Delegation I should be grateful if you would contact Hamish Daniel (Environment, Science and Energy Department, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Matthew Parker Street, London SW1H 9NF) if possible by 26 July.
