Grateful if other DT's could now begin work on preparation of similar updated information and let us know approximately when it will be ready. As a separate exercise we will copy C24 working papers on your territory to you for any comment when they become available. You need only comment if you consider that failure to do so would be damaging to your Territory's interests. (So far only three papers have been produced, Cayman Islands, Montserrat and Turks and Caicos). over time, C24 working papers require a reputation for unreliability and inaccuracy that would further undermine the status of this superannuated organ.
