WHITE PAPER: KEY POINTS
1.
Many thanks for your letter of 17 December and your sincere efforts to produce a compromise formula on the 'no unilateral legislation' point. We have added your suggested text to the end of para 43 on our master copy of the White Paper, and trust this will meet the point Peter Lai would like see covered here (para 3 of his letter of 15 December refers).
We have also amended para 41 of the paper in the way suggested by Peter in para 2 of that same letter.
