Understand that the HKG is in contact with the Chinese side concerning the airport and airport railway, and have been discussing informally variations on ideas for the overall financing. At this stage it would not be helpful to go into any details about their discussions.
Nationality
Know that there is much concern in Hong Kong over several nationality issues, particularly over registering for BNO passports. I expect LegCo to raise these matters with me during my visit.
And I shall be discussing them further with the LegCo Sub-Committee on Nationality when it comes to London early next
month.
