I can see why you are attracted by the idea of linking our

scholarship programme at least in part to the Management Training Centre idea. I am open to this in principle. we have a number of questions and concerns.

only had a brief outline of the plans for the Centre. considering further our possible involvement, it would be

qualifications and background to enable them to take up scholarships at post-graduate level in the UK?

Perhaps, more important, will they want to do yet

further studying in the UK? Will we not risk getting

the "eternal student" element here, while the real

high-flyers go out and start/resume their careers?

Bearing in mind that an FCOSAS scholarship costs

around £15,000 per annum per student, could the MTC expect to turn out high calibre students in sufficient

numbers to justify an investment of the level
