residential and day/weekend courses giving management
and manufacturing technology training to graduates.
Will students emerging from the Centre have the
qualifications and background to enable them to take up scholarships at post-graduate level in the UK?
Perhaps, more important, will they want to do yet
further studying in the UK? Will we not risk getting
the "eternal student" element here, while the real
high-flyers go out and start/resume their careers?
Bearing in mind that an FCOSAS scholarship costs
around £15,000 per annum per student, could the MTC expect to turn out high calibre students in sufficient
numbers to justify an investment of the level
