Our telephone conversation before Easter and my minutes to you of 25 March and to Ms Brooks of 11 March refer. We very much hope to submit our proposals for the future administration of the the S K Tang Bequest before Mr Goodlad leaves for Hong Kong at the end of the month (28 May). I would therefore be grateful for any comments you might have on the papers previously sent to you and the attached draft submission by 21 May. Sorry for the tight deadline on the submission but you should find that most of the ground covered in the draft is contained in my previous minutes.
