EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION ON
ENFORCEMENT TECHNIQUES AND EQUIPMENT

Each Participant will inform the other of observations
and findings resulting from application of new enforcement
techniques and use of new technological equipment in detecting contraventions or in improving methods of passenger and cargo clearance or in simplifying customs procedures.

(1) If one Participant considers that the assistance
requested of it might be prejudicial
