EXPERTS AND WITNESSES
Paragraph 12
If the courts or the authorities of the territory of one
Participant so request in connection with contraventions of
customs laws brought before them, the requested Participant
may authorise its officials to appear as witnesses or experts
before those courts or authorities. Such officials will give
evidence regarding facts established by them in the course of
their duties, and produce such files, documents or other
authenticated or
copies thereof, as may be
