(2) In the case of a request, if the requested Participant
does not have the information asked for, it will at its own
discretion make enquiries to obtain that information subject to the provisions of its customs laws.
Paragraph 4
The Participants will supply to
goods which are likely to be the
of
each other lists
subject of illegal
trafficking between their respective territories. These lists will be up-dated, as necessary.
Paragraph 5
Upon request, the requested Participant will supply to requesting Participant information concerning the
following matters :
the
(a) whether goods which are imported into the territory of the requesting Participant have been lawfully exported from the requested Participant's
territory;
(b)
whether goods which are exported from the territory of the requesting Participant have been lawfully imported into the requested Participant's territory and the nature of the Customs procedure,
if any, under which the goods have been placed.
Paragraph 6
A Participant will, on its Own initiative or upon request, supply to the other Participant reports, records of evidence, or certified copies of documents giving all
available information on transactions, completed or planned,
which constitute or appear to constitute a contravention of
the customs laws of the territory of the other Participant.
