forces exist in free system unmatched anywhere else in the
world.
Fourthly, Hong Kong is a place where the rule of law is well
established, and the transparent market system has been well kept
under the adequate supervision of the clean government.
Fifthly, Hong Kong is situated on the doorstep to China.
With the deepening interdependence between Hong Kong and China,
Hong Kong has the accumulation of experience as well as the ideal
location to engage in economic activities with the mainland.
