My minute of 22 October on a parking space for the Governor of Hong Kong refers. I have since learnt that Mrs Anson Chan, the Chief Secretary Designate to Hong Kong, will be accompanying the Governor on some of his FCO calls.

She will also have her own car. Would it be possible to arrange a parking space for Mrs Chan in the main quadrangle as well on 9 and 10 November?

2. I do not yet have details of the Governor's car or Mrs Chan's, but will let you have them as soon as I do.
