GOVERNOR'S MEETING WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE

1.

There is some doubt over the date for the Governor's meeting with the Secretary of State on 15 April. The Secretary of State may have to attend the G7 Summit in Tokyo which would mean leaving London on the morning of 13 April. We are looking into possible alternative dates over the Easter weekend. Private Office and Edward Llewellyn are aware of the problem.
