COMMONWEALTH PARLIAMENTARY ASSOCIATION (CPA), UK BRANCH DELEGATION VISIT TO HONG KONG (9 NEW ZEALAND (14 24 AUGUST)

As you know the CPA UK Branch will send six members to New Zealand via Hong Kong in August. They are (delegation leader) Sir Anthony Durant MP, Lord Beaumont of Whitley,

Mr John Garrett MP, Mr Eric Pickles MP, Mr John Prescott MP and Mr Richard Tracey JP MP. I attach biographical notes on each.

I also attach a call for unclassified written briefing which I would be grateful to receive by cop on Monday 28 June.

A meeting will be held in the CPA rooms in Westminster Hall at 11.00 am on Wednesday 7 July to brief the delegates orally. would be grateful if you could confirm that you and/or your Head of Department will attend when, if necessary, confidential matters can be dealt with and delegates' questions answered.
