DRAFT ROYAL INSTRUCTIONS

Revised Clause 1(4)

(4) The following provisions shall come into operation on the appointed day:

a)

i) Clause 2(a) (1) which amends Clause XIIA(1) of the principal Instructions;

b)

ii) Clause 2 (b) (i) which amends Clause XIIA (2) of the principal Instructions;

iii) Clause 4 (a) and (b) which amend Clause XIX of the principal Instructions;

iv) Clause 5(a) and (b) which amend Clause XXI of the principal Instructions;

v) Clause 6(a) and (b) which amend Clause XXIII of the principal Instructions;

vi) Clause 7 which amends Clause XXVIIIA of the principal Instructions; and

Clause 3 which revokes Clauses XIII, XIV, XVI and XVIII of the principal Instructions.
