STATEMENT BY THE GOVERNOR TO LEGCO: 5 MARCH

The Governor plans to make a statement to LegCo on 5 March. He will either announce talks or summarise the position reached in discussions. There have been a number of texts of his statement in circulation over the last 24 hours. It may be helpful to have to hand a clean copy of the latest version of both statements. These reflect the Governor's changes up to the evening of 4 March, Hong Kong time.
